Should have min. 5years Degree in Graphics / Commercial Art and Design.

Should have 7years of experience in a commercial art position with a manufacturing company .

Should have knowledge of 3D Max, AutoCAD, creative Suite, Solid works, creative design.

1. To manage, co-ordinate, schedule and monitor all works undertaken by members of the Graphics staff in order to ensure that agreed deadlines for the completion of work are met.

2. In collaboration with R&D, Sales and Marketing, the Production Department and company customers, prioritize, schedule and manage the work of the team to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

3. To supervise and engage in the design of artwork by hand and by computer for all types of visual communication products to a high level of quality which meets customer requirements and production specifications.

4. To evaluate design briefs outlined by R&D and other departments to ensure that customer visual communication requirements are interpreted and presented precisely according to specification.

5. To monitor the work of the design team to ensure that the technology, techniques, materials use, and creative activities of the team are used in an accurate, and cost-effective manner.

6. To ensure that all artwork submitted for approval to the customer is of a very high standard of quality, and will ensure the customer realizes his visual communication needs.

7. To monitor the work of the team on computer to ensure that all design work is carried out effectively and efficiently, and accurate records and backup kept for all design work.

8. To maintain quality standards by checking the quality of all work before it leaves the work centre, and meets precisely production and customer specifications.

9. To ensure that all documentation regarding the activities of the team is maintained in a complete, accurate and timely manner.

10. To train new staff in the team in all the skills, techniques and practices used by the team to produce quality art and design work.

11. To meet customers when required to identify their needs and to ensure that customer quality requirements are met.

12. To ensure that the facilities, equipment, tools and materials used and maintained safely and securely.

13. To ensure that the quality of all work produced by the team is of an excellent standard of quality, by adopting standards of attention to detail and accuracy which ensure customers are fully satisfied with design work, and the companys reputation for excellence is maintained and enhanced.

14. To make an active contribution to quality initiatives undertaken by the company by offering frequent suggestions on how the work of design team and other related departments might be improved.

15. To create a productive team which establishes highly productive working relations, helping ensure high employee morale.

16. To maintain excellent internal and external customer relations.
