Job Description

To develop content on a basic level and have the ability to deliver the same with customization to the audience level. Excellent communication skills, fluency in written and spoken English. Good platform skills as a facilitator.
The scope of responsibility includes:
– Developing content
– Delivering Service trainings
– Delivering behavioral trainings
– Updating trackers MIS
– Co-ordinate with other SERVICE functions for training requirements
– Doing Training Need Analysis

Responsibilities

1. Develop Service and Behavioral content
2. Deliver the trainings at CRM
3. Conduct Training Need Analysis
4. Work closely with the Managers

Requirements

1. Graduate
2. Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in soft skills and behavioral trainings
3. Should be versatile and creative in training delivery
4. Should have knowledge of certain training concepts
5. Should be able to adapt to a Design Document (DD) to deliver trainings
6. Proven ability to train across cross-functional teams
7. A very positive and can-do attitude
8. Strong oral and written communication skills
