Job Description

1) Candidate with experience of outbound / Tele Sales (selling over phone)
2) Excellent oral communication skills in English language
3) Database building & Invitation of delegates
4) Basic computer knowledge. (-Internet Surfing, MS. Office- Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
5) Sound knowledge of telephone etiquette.
6) Answer customer calls in a professional / pleasant manner
7) Coordination with Events Team.
8) Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal presentation and convincing skill
9) Preparing various CALL reports
10) Travels to International events as required and assists with all aspects of on-site operation.
