JOB PROFILE

Home Loan –
Handle the Branch / Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business for Home Loans.
Handle the customer from application login till loan disbursement.
Handle Customer Queries.
Experience: – 6 Months to 2 years in sales and marketing.

Loan Against Property –
Handle the Branch / Builders / Architects / Contractors / Chartered Accountants to generate business for Loan against Property.
Handle the customer from application login till loan disbursement.
Handle Customer Queries
Experience: – 6 Months to 2 years in sales and marketing.

Personal Loan & Auto Loan –
Visit the Customers, explain the product and convince the customer for Personal Loan.
Generate Leads by Cold Calling / Pamphlet Distribution / Attending Corporate Events.
Handle Customer Queries.

Experience: – 0 to 5 years in sales and marketing required.

SME & EEG Loan
Prospects new clients and assists them for loan application & the ability to analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower.
Conducts loan appraisal and collects detailed information (personal, business, and guaranties) and arrange to opens new loan account & Prepares and execute loan contracts and arrange for disbursement of loan in kind.

Team Leaders for Home Loan.

Conduct the morning huddle with all Team Member on daily basis.
Meet corporate and institutional clients to promote about the LOAN Product
Ensure Execution of 3 activities per BDE Target Achievement in week.
New Customer Acquisition of home loan.
Ensure planning and execution of sales target for the team on monthly basis.
Tie-up with Builders & CA, Real Estate Agents.
Work with Sales Manager and Branch Head.
Drive productivity of team member as per performance matrix.
Achieve also cross sale product of the bank life insurance & SIP.
Conduct Home Loan product training every week for team member.
Arrange every weekly Activities for Business Generation like Corporate offices visit, Builder site visits, leaflet distribution Govt. Offices & Public place.

For Team leader : 2 to 5 years of experience with team handling.
