Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: Engineering Bachelors degree in mining and Masters in Business Administration from institutes of repute
Work Experience: 2+ years process consulting experience or 3-4 years of Natural Resources industry experience
Work Requirements: Extensive travel depending on geographical span

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Process Optimization: Provide business process method and tool expertise for the design, implementation and continuous improvement of business processes in Natural Resources industry (Knowledge and usage of BPM tools-ARIS is mandatory)
Project Management and Change Management Experience: Should have a clear understanding of Project Management and Change Management tools and methods
Experience of successfully delivering projects in areas such as: Business Process Modeling strategy, process management or data management business process design and modeling, business process improvement, BPML tool deployment, etc.
Strong process excellence experience for key usage scenarios ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design, re-engineering and change management to system implementation
Conduct training and provide knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders and to clients on BPML concepts, frameworks and methods
Develop business process frameworks and strategies to support the client’s strategic agenda.
Experience of working in a SAP related IT Change project and ability to understand and communicate with Business and IT, with respect to people, process and technological impacts
Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
Strong oral and written communications skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
