As the CTO/VP/Director of Information Technology in a growing Startup company you will be responsible for the leadership, development, delivery, and oversight of Application Technology, infrastructure strategy, and development of commercially viable products with successful delivery. In this exciting role, you will work with technology partners within our development and delivery centers, architecture and product management, maintenance and operations, and infrastructure teams, execute on the infrastructure offerings that meet the needs of the online marketplace in terms of capabilities, resiliency, flexibility, cost, and speed to market/implementation.

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who combines an entrepreneurial mindset and practical “get it done” work style with deep subject matter expertise in mobile applications, cloud infrastructure services, security & compliance, information risk management and data center services delivery within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
10+ years’ proven leadership in a technology organization, with at least 5 years’ of Application Development & Maintenance, infrastructure experience directly managing various infrastructure components
5+ years’ experience designing, managing, and transforming Cloud hosted systems and experience managing infrastructure teams using the ITIL V3 framework
Significant experience in building and operating resilient and secure infrastructure services both internally for a technology organization, and as a hosted solution for commercial customers
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and implement them to accomplish project or business objectives
External consulting experience including superior client leadership and relationship skills with key constituents, providers, and vendors for multi-million, multi-year engagements
Proven experience creating and executing technology strategy and go-to-market products
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams in a fast-moving and dynamic business environment
Capability to build a team and operate with a globally distributed network of colleagues to solve problems quickly
Experience in building teams to scale rapidly in a dynamic technology and customer-focused environment
A track record of strong communication skills in influencing a dynamic set of stakeholders with competing interests toward win-win outcomes

Education Qualifications:
Any Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any reputed university
