Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for sales leads and future business prospects. Build and manage relationships with potential customers and clients.
Generating sales & Achieving Targets. Reaching targets and goals set for your area. Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer base. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market. Keeping up to date with products and competitors. Provide regular feedback to senior management about market place and competitor activity. Conduct seminars and training sessions for sales agents in order to improve sales techniques. Work with and Group marketing to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products. Identify requirements for new products & services to anticipate and potentially lead the market. Work strategically with the sales team in a business development and lead generation capacity. Potentially help manage and oversee a campaign and team of associates. Assist other sales and services resources when called upon by the Sales Manager. Communicating product developments to prospective clients. Overseeing the development of marketing literature & Writing reports. Providing management with feedback.
