Job Description

Understand the client requirements and specifications of the project
Ensure targeted collections are met on a daily / monthly basis
Meet the productivity targets of clients within the stipulated time.
Ensure that the deliverables to the client adhere to the quality standards.
Ensure follow up on pending claims.
Prepare and Maintain status reports in a Medical Billing BPO/ Call Center/ Call Centre
Desired Profile:
Graduate / Diploma Holder
Excellent Communication Skills
6 Months to 3 Years work experience in calling for collections and insurance follow up in any Medical Billing Industry
Willing to Work in Night Shifts
Remuneration: Best in the industry
