Job Description

Job Purpose: Imparting quality training and mentoring students, ensuring that the course curriculum is completed in time adhering to compliance and code of conduct.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely completion of each course and displaying the day wise module maintained in the classroom.

Filling in of application forms along with pre and post training activities and maintaining attendance sheet for each training session in the prescribed format.

Ensure timely availability of training materials / consumables / tool kits at the site of the trainings.

Maintain proper documents and files for the courses and ensure all quality parameters maintained and process entrusted in trainings.

Ensuring timely feedback to program coordinator with regards to the program along with formulation of proper evaluation of training course and assessment of tests conducted.

Ensure timely reports, success stories/best practices, write ups for news letter and submission of MIS as per the agreed calendar.

Manage the evaluation and certification process for the candidates upon completion of training

Provide continuous guidance and mentoring to students and support respective managers for sourcing and placement of students.

Ensure 100% sourcing and placement of candidates.

Education Qualification:

B.Sc. (Medical Laboratory Technology) or/and

Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT)

Experience:

Minimum 3-4 years experience in relevant filed.
