Position Based Out of: Mumbai
Working Hours: 24/7 (Primarily Night Shift)

RCM – Business: Roles and Responsibilities
· Will be managing a team of AMRC & Process Analyst.
· BM is responsible for overall account health, making sure client get their claim revenue paid on time. Help client to see how they would benefit from our services. Review and evaluate reports that impact the reimbursement process.
· Developing a strong business relationship with the client.
· Analyze the clients’ performance by reviewing the necessary report to help understand the factors contributing to the clients’ financial performance.
· Need to review required reports on Cognos and also ensuring the customer specific reports are maintained and publish as needed eBO reports.
· Weekly meetings with AMRC & Process Analyst to discuss process exceptions and provide recommendation to the team and from the team to the customer as needed.
· Be responsible for the month end financial closeout of the account and provide the billing information associated with the clients for RCM revenue.
· Monitoring workflow to assure timely delivery of agreed SLAs.
· Conduct regular conference calls with clients and identify ways & means to improve client satisfaction.
· Taking daily team briefing.
· Taking performance review of the team members at regular intervals.
· Allocate proper shift as per the project requirement.
· Recommendation of leave with approval from management.
RCM –Operation: Roles and Responsibilities
· Will be responsible of managing RCM operation.
· Production planning & control, process monitoring, assignment & review of workload analysis of SLA parameters with team performance and planning continuous improvement in performance, process optimization, adherence to reporting schedules and maintaining all necessary process documentation as per the process protocol.
· Ensuring that all the work as per requirement of the client has been completed within the TAT.
· Lead team leaders and mentors to efficiently deliver client expectations. Guide team to reduce AR aging and optimize collections.
· Monitoring and managing workflow or daily targets to assure timely delivery of agreed SLAs.
· Motivating employees by introducing various beneficiaries & growth opportunity.
· Taking care of all the operational issues & making of reports.
· Ensuring employees follow office rules & regulations.
· Identify training gaps in the team and develop a plan with necessary department.
· Work with Team Leader or Mentor to resolve any personnel problems or conflicts that may arise in the team.
· Taking daily team briefing.

Qualifications Required:
· Candidate should be graduate with 8+ years of experience in RCM.
