Job Description

• Agreeing project objectives
• Can interact with client.
• Providing independent advice on the management of projects
• Organizing & Planning for project & labour.
• Working on a risk assessment
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• Making sure the quality standards are met
• Accounting, costing and billing of project.
• Should be responsible for all aspects from the design stage through to completion and handover to the client.
• Should be polite well versed & capable to handle all type of meal independently.
• Should be able to understand drawing, B.O.Q., & can calculate the internal cost of project with quantity of material.

Qualification- B Tech-Civil/B.Arch/Diploma in Civil or Interior
Experience : 4 to 10 years of experience in interior projects execution.

Note- Candidate having experience with interior fit out company are preferable.
