Job Description

Should be able to conduct lectures, tutorials, small group discussion, seminars & presentations.
– Should be able to conduct conferences, workshops etc at different institutions as and when required.
– Has to ensure that the student experience within the classroom is standardized across lectures and across centers
– Should ensure that there would be zero student complaint
– Should monitor student satisfaction levels thru various mediums such as student polls etc.
– Would be responsible to create the timetable for the classroom session and ensure there is a proper work flow is maintained
– Should be able to able to develop new programs and increase the reach of the Institution
– Should be able to work as a team and lead the team and motivate them such that all the members are able to perform at their optimum capacity.
– Should be mentally and physically in control, including rule abiding, punctual, trustworthy and patient.
– Be creative with foresight and ability to generate new ideas.
– Be innovative and progressive in the improvement of quality and productivity of the organisation.
– Should be a visionary , committed, decisive, initiative and motivated towards the objective of the organization.
– Should be able to exalt reputation of the Faculty and the Institution at every forum

Requirements
