Job Description

Good knowledge of LAMP
Should have worked on WordPress, involved in module/plugin development.
Strong knowledge of OOPs
Handling International clients will be considered as added advantage.
Should be comfortable to communicate over IM/phone independently.

Candidate should be quick witted to work along with SynapseIndia HTML development team
Candidate needs to be Dependable & good in coordination to work with various SynapseIndia Registered Offices.
Candidate should be a team player to work and enjoy various SynapseIndia events & SynapseIndia celebrations.
Candidate should be professional & punctual to comply with SynapseIndia CMMI Level 3 processes.
Candidate should be innovative with thought process and creative to suggest new ideas to SynapseIndia Research & Development & SynapseIndia Training team.
Candidate should be flexible and focused towards various SynapseIndia Expansion plans.
Candidate should be willing to take initiatives for new implementations like SynapseIndia Employee benefits or SynapseIndia Working culture.
Candidate should be able to Develop new work processes while giving suggestions to SynapseIndia Careers team.
Candidate should be willing to coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for new hirings in SynapseIndia Recruitments & various SynapseIndia Current Openings.
