Retail Store Manager (Footwear) (Andhra Pradesh)
Job Description
•Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
•Plan, forecast, report on sales, costs and business performance, according to company requirements.
•Set the individual department wise sales, operational goals and expectations to all the floor managers & Review previous days’ sales figures and take proactive initiatives to ensure stores targets are met.
•Conduct daily store huddles to ensure that teams are up to date with the relevant business information
•Monitor staff performance with respect to customer service ensuring that all customers are greeted and met courteously, as well as attended to their needs for information/ repairs/ alterations etc
•Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.
•Plan and implement shop merchandising, layout and customer traffic flow so as to maximise sales, customer satisfaction, appearance, image and ergonomics for customers.
•Manage selling and customer service activities and staff competence in these areas, so as to optimise and sustain sales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
•Identify slow and fast moving items back on a monthly basis.
•Manage the business by effectively using sales reports, assessing departmental results, and developing specific actions directly related to business development and growth.
•Supervise the staff with respect to their personal grooming, conduct during business hours, and level of product knowledge and customer service
•Guide, coach, and motivate staff continuously to bring out their potential and enable them to improve their performance
•Provide regular feedback to the reporting manager on business wide issues with the store operations.
Requirements
Any Graduation+ Good Communication Skills
6+ Years Of Experience in Retail Stores and Minimum 3+ Years of Experience in Footwear Stores as Store Manager or HOD
