Sales Executive (Maharashtra)


Job Description


Key Responsibilities:


• Identify the targets & develop strategies and penetrate the markets for product and services
• Gather information – monitor and analysis the market trend. Explore ways to increase revenue for the existing customers and profitability.
• Maintain area-reports which include revenue numbers, payment collections and evaluation of team performance and reporting the same to the Sales/Business Head of the city
• Acquire and manage critical client accounts which have a higher degree of complexity in terms of client servicing
• Manage the team to handle end-to-end client relationships, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, payment collection and troubleshooting
• Identify new trends & opportunities in the market, understand the problems with existing merchants and work closely with the team to resolve them.
• Recommends by identifying new opportunities, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors. Skills Required:
• Someone who is ready for the challenges and has good negotiation skills, strong communication & presentation skills track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Demonstrated intense customer focus.
• Demonstrated highest level of integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic.
• Prior team management experience is a must
• Comfortable with ambiguity and unpredictable work hours
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language
Qualification: Graduate degree / MBA Joining: Immediate
