* US Process with permanent shift from 9:00 pm to 6:00 am.

2. Job Description:

We are looking for Technical Support Executives who are ambitious, passionate and gain real satisfaction in delivering outstanding service. They will be part of a team that provides 1st and 2nd Line desktop /remote support tasks from a remote location.
*The environment supported by the team is quite complex with multiple domains and networks.
*The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, organised and able communicator in English (both written and verbal), and has extensive experience in desktop, laptop, mobile and server support, and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request.

Function demands

Technical Sales process(Only voice based) call the Customers up-sell the product
Responsible for effectively handling customer objections/queries, and meeting conversion/revenue targets.
Interaction with customers located in the USA /Canada over the phone
Performing callbacks as required.
Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.
Skills required:
1. Excellent communication and customer service skills
2. Flexible work style – ability to work in night shifts.
3. Professional work attitude, ability to learn
4. Ability to work under pressure

Salary – Negotiable + attractive incentives
Required experience
Experience in sales(Voice) or Fresher with excellent communication skills can also apply.
