Technical support Executive (Delhi-NCR)
Job Description
We are looking for Technical Support Executives who are ambitious, passionate and gain real satisfaction in delivering outstanding service. They will be part of a team that provides 1st and 2nd Line desktop /remote support tasks from a remote location.
*The environment supported by the team is quite complex with multiple domains and networks.
*The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, organised and able communicator in English (both written and verbal), and has extensive experience in desktop, laptop, mobile and server support, and is able to determine the urgency and impact of a request.
