Job Description :-


* Responsible to increase sales and maintain good relationship with existing customers.
* Responsible for entire sales cycle (Pre and post)
* Responsible to maintain an accelerating sales.




Requirements


Tech Sales-


1- Accountable for individual sales revenue target (predetermined by the business)
2- Understanding and Creating (as and when required) the need of the product for new/prospective customers through gaining confidence and sales.
3- Open to feedback.
4- Ability to understand/comprehend the customer’s requirements and action accordingly
5- Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries
6- Accurately capturing required customer details (as and when required with prior approval)
7- Handling irate/demanding customers – where necessary, in a tactical manner
8- Should have sound knowledge of latest/upcoming products/processes services
9- Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines , excellent growth opportunities.
