Sales & Administration Assistant Manager / Manager (Maharashtra)









Job Description


1.      Creation of party master for new distributor and maintenance of the same.
2.      Order punching and maintenance in the ERP.
3.      Compiling and feeding the indent for production.
4.      Coordinate with supply chain manager and ensure timely dispatches.
5.      Monitor and correct the differences in actual dispatch to planned dispatches in a month.
6.      Ensure smooth flow of finished products to Depots and C&FA.
7.      Collating daily/weekly and monthly reports in specified formats state wise.
8.      Ensure to collect weekly report on competitors pricing and activities.
9.      Verifying and scrutinizing all distributors claim.
10.  Preparations of circulars of price, schemes state wise.
11.  Settle disputes and issues of distributors or C&FA.
12.  C – Form Follow up Pan India
13.  Maintaining database for Depot, Super stockiest, stockiest & Field staff with contact detail
14.  Monitoring Field Staff daily sales report, Weekly sales report and monthly sales reports
15.  Checking and verification of sales team expenses
16.  Regular follow up with the respective branches for sales data and other updates
17.  Collating primary and secondary sales in the formats prescribed
18.  Follow up with HR and Accounts departments regarding joining, settlements, and any other updates
19.  Filling up of itinerary and follow up for the same
20.  Coordination and communication with sales team on target/ achievement/ schemes/ price changes/ settlements of claims etc.
21.  Collect rolling months targets from the sales heads
22.  Depot Stock report and match the same with production
23.  Intimation of invoice amount, schemes, any other circulars
24.  Issuing claims, expenses, credit note and debit notes
25.  Liaising with super stockiest for orders and payments
26.  Creating of masters for new and old distributors,
27.  Appraisals for Super stockist and stockist appointed
28.  Ensure prompt delivery of products as per requirement
29.  Primary invoicing – Raising local and upcountry invoices and follow up on payments and dispatches.

Experience required 4 yrs – 10 yrs
No of Associates Required 1
Age limit 38 yrs maximum
CTC offered 3.5 lacs p.a – 5.0 Lacs p.a.
Industry F.M.C.G only
Graduation Any
Post Graduation Any

Languages Known hindi/ english / vernacular
