Effective Communication.
Should be able to draft effective emails.
Telephone etiquettes and should be able to interact with US clients, active listening is essential too.
Should be comfortable working in NIGHT SHIFTS.
No back to back to calls (90% of E-mail support and 10% of calling).
Unlimited Incentives.

Initial work location : Bangalore.
Full Time:Night shift(We are working based on US Night shift for marketing process).
Timings:7pm to 5am.
Working days: Monday to Friday.
Quailification : Any graduate.
