Responsibilities:
• Handle Costumers by solving their queries and get Feedback from them.
• Monitor E-Mails and provide feedback.
• Document all calls with regards to customer inquiries.

• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English both Written and Spoken.
• Excellent Command and knowledge of Computer Applications.
• Good knowledge of filing document both Alphabetical & Numerical order.
• Good Team Player.
• Ability to work under pressure with or under little supervision and at any time of the day.
• Ability to maintain good relations with colleagues and superiors.
