Job Description
• Handling a team of 15-20 agents
Operational Management: Managing the floor, adherence to schedule.
• Fluency in Hindi and English and 1 local language.
• Call monitoring, coaching and feedback, responsibility for delivery of the defined customer experience in every call.
• Ownership and problem resolution.
• Conducting Daily briefings
• Counselling of team members on improving Quality & productivity.
• Taking Escalation Calls.
• Responsible for the entire day to day operation of the team
• Conduct monthly meetings.
• Actively manage staff on a regular basis to ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently
• Responsible for Staff Retention, recruitment and performance appraisal.
• Arrange for team meetings and discuss operational issues and ways to achieve operational excellence.
• Jointly responsible, along with the manager, to identify candidates for PIP and plan for refresher training.
• Minimum 1 year experience of team handling
• Allocating tasks to staff
• Ensuring the performance of the staff is of a high standard
• Reporting to management
• Organizing holidays and training
• Discussing and resolving problems
