JOB PROFILE:

Recruiting a team of advisers

Give training and motivating them and generate business through them .

Involves team management

Channel development

Business development

Will be reporting to Branch Manager and potential to earn huge incentives

JD for Health Insurance: Need to Recruit IRDA agents

Giving training them and get business from them

CTC : up to 3.75+ 48 k Reimbursements

Candidate age should be 20- 33 only preferred

We are hiring for direct/Banca also

we are dealing all locations in 3 states

QUALIFICATION : Graduate / Post Graduate

EXPERIENCE : 2 + years
