Scope of Position:

The manager will identify, develop and plan various opportunities for organizations (NGO’s, CBO’s, Trust’s etc.) with respect to program implementation, management and mobilization of resources and will conceive ideas and opportunities with a wide approach in mobilizing funds for long term program from PSU’s, Private and Multilateral.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for proposal drafting, editing, coordinating with NGOs for query sheet, documents & getting the proposal approved by the them.

• Maintain proper system of coordination with client support team on the project development status.

• Prepare regular report on the activities performed and submit to Reporting Line.

• Continuous update of sectoral knowledge, reading professional publications; maintaining coordination with other team & participating in organizations academic activities. Also imparting the same knowledge to the team members.

• Undertake field visits as and when required.

• Work on innovative ideas/formats and concepts while developing proposals for livelihood, health, education & environment.
