Online Sales Executive (Maharashtra)
Job Description
• To interact with customers via telephone to answer queries and provide assistance in completion of term / non term online application form
• Explain about online products, create need, handle objections, convince customer to purchase policy
• Reference generation
• Generate insurance business
• 80% Outbound and 20% Inbound
• Update final decision / disposition in CRM
Requirements
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• English Fluency
• Knowledge of customer service practices
• Graduate with minimum 1 year tele sales / customer service experience in domestic or international call center / bpo
• BFSI sector experience for 6 months is mandatory
• Flair for sales
• Basic CRM / computer knowledge
• Basic typing speed (25 – 30 words per minute)
