Job Description

Totally commit to meet requirements of business managers in terms of people by going all out to do activities in house / outside / field work / campus / direct contact / recruitment camps … whatever it takes to ensure full staffing.

1- Work closely with Hiring Managers to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
2- Develop and Manage strong consultative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
3- Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management .
4- Consistently meet the performance metrics .
5- Provide reporting and regular status updates HR Head
6- Establishing a proper organizational structure through continuous communication and alignment of the organizational needs with HR norms
7. Providing leadership to staff through effective objective setting, delegation, and communication
8. Developing and implementing policies for employee relations and further strategic objectives
