System Administrator – L1 1Year – 3Years (15 Jr.Positions)

Job Description for L1:

•Desktop support, Good knowledge on windows operating system, network printers,Good communication skill, basic knowledge on DNS,DHCP(Dora Process),Active directory, Wi-Fi, Networking,asset management,Firewalls,Port numbers,VPN,etc…
•Advantages: Bar-code scanner, Bar-code Printer, Handheld Devices…etc

Job Description for L2:

•Good knowledge on windows 2008, Active directory and DNS,DHCP,Proxy Servers,Firewalls,Port numbers, L2 switches,L2Rauters, Network Monitoring Tools, Intermediate knowledge on Linux platform, Vendor management in IT Procurement,Provide guidelines/support to L1 Team,Documentation of troubleshooting steps to resolve various issues.Taking care of complete Server Farm , complete System Administration,VPN Knowledge and Wi-Fi controller and access points with Network Troubleshooting and Remote administration, installation, maintenance and support with good communication skill.
•advantage if he knows: bar-code scanners, handheld scanners, bar-code printers etc…!
