Desktop Support (Karnataka)
Job Description
Manage incident, and change control management tickets for System administration
Maintain Desktop/Laptop patch compliance at target level
Maintenance and troubleshoot OS, Office automation application and various softwares and mobile devices
Deploy images using enterprise tool
Prepare / update Knowledge Management tool on periodic basis
Perform trend analysis of incidents, share report on regular interval
Resolve technical issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
Participate in knowledge sharing workshops
Installation & Troubleshooting of various applications.
Candidate Description
MCITP on Windows
End User Computing Devices & Information Security Management
Experience on IMAC & Mobile devices
Knowledge of ITIL process, ITIL certification will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Digital Signage Systems will be an added advantage
Knowledge of AV / VC devices like Polycom / Tandberg will be an added advantage
