International Call centre experience.
Effective Communication.
Should be able to draft effective emails.
Telephone etiquettes and should be able to interact with US clients, active listening is essential too.
Should be comfortable working in NIGHT SHIFTS.
No back to back to calls (90% of E-mail support and 10% of calling).
Unlimited Incentives.

Shift timings : US shift timings – 7.00PM to 5.00AM.
5 days working and any 2 days off
Age criteria : 18 – 35 years
Education : Undergraduate, Graduate.
Work Experience (months): 0-3 years.
Food Complimentary: YES
