Job Description

Responsibilities:-
• Candidate has to meet every kind of business / commercial establishment and educate them about the company products & services and how the service & product is beneficial for them.
• Contact customers (cold Calling) to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.
• Explains advantages and features of service being provided to stimulate customer’s interest.
• Candidate will be given a particular area/territory for working- wherein he will have to visit all sorts of business establishments ( small to big) , meet the customers, make an entry of complete details of their business.
• Establishment and pitch about signing up with Plum Innovations and thus convert those prospects to customers.
• Answer customer’s questions pertaining to service being offered.

Skills and Experience :-

• B.B.A, MBA, PGDMA and any other graduate with basic knowledge of computer & IT services and interest in sales and marketing field.
• Talking to customers to effectively convey information.
• Judging Customer Behavior and accordingly mounding the sales pitch.
• Interview / interaction with customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer.
• Listening to what Customer is saying and asking questions as appropriate
• Must have the ability to speak clearly with the client so that the service can be understood by the customer.
