Account Payable(SAP) in Andheri Marol for a Pvt Ltd. (Maharashtra)

Job Description

• Responsible for handling all Accounts Payable processes.
• Creating Purchase order & getting approval from the Managers
Should be able to allocate the cost to the correct departments
Performing 3 way P.O. matching invoices
Prioritizing vendor payments
Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
Processing employee claims, travel expenses as per Company policy
Performing Bank Reconciliation
Troubleshoot issues concerning vendor invoices and payment status, answered vendor calls, processing vendor requests and resolving vendor-related issues
Performed month-end accounts payable accruals for expenses.
• Ensure proper checking & verification of invoices
Intercompany Reconciliation/Mismatch reporting
Bank Reconciliation & Advance Reconciliation
Monitoring vendor outstanding report and Ledger Scrutiny.
• Daily checking of Accounting entries- correctness with respect to cost centre, expense code, etc.
Coordination with the user departments if any payment related queries.
Month end recharge entries.
Daily filing of the vouchers and ensuring the same is retrieved quickly as and when required..
MIS as per requirement of the Management from time to time
Maintaining TAT and quality of the work at the same time.

Location : Marol.
A Pvt Ltd .
Salary 15- 22K.
Minimum Experience: 1 year
SAP Knowledge Mandate
