Call Center - English & Hindi (Tamil Nadu)









Job Description


* Answer incoming customer service calls and respond to inquiries from investors,
dealers and prospective investors.
* Make telephone calls to investors, brokers, dealers, and banks. Keep abreast of
current market conditions, fund and company policies, and all procedural
information. Maintain knowledge of all applicable investment and tax law changes.
* Initialize investigations of complaints via internal communication channels
* Generate and prepare MIS reports


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
(Years of experience is not applicable for European jobs)
• Degree. Experience in the financial business and customer service.
• 0-2 years related experience and excellent communication skills





Requirements


* Service investors and dealers with prompt and accurate responses to telephone inquiries regarding account and fund transactions, policies and procedures as well as giving support for web based applications. Review, input, and verify transactions on applicable company systems. Transactions/calls may be generated by investors, dealers, institutions, or internal customers. Fulfill customer expectations. Contact investors and/or dealers by phone to gather missing/incorrect information on inquiries
