Job Description
1. Interact with customers by phone, Whatsapp, e-mail or online chat concerning various service related issues as well as provide them with information to address inquiries regarding the products and offers on the web portal.
2. Provide hands on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking and detailed account management.
3. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests; refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
4. Tracking and reporting of relevant customer care performance metrics; this includes keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
5. Capturing and applying customer feedback.
Timing Details: 2 Shifts (8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm) & (11:00 Am to 8:00 Pm).
