Job Description

Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other suppliers

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Hotel Management

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year experience in similar role in hotel industry. Good communication skills With Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP certification

Ability to monitor product and service quality standards and ensure that company standards are followed at all times
