Job Description

Good understanding of telecommunication network and business work flow within a telecommunication service provider.
Should have hands on experience on OSS / BSS products like Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management and Interconnect.
Should have good exposure on implementation related activities like customer requirements gathering, telecom usage data analysis and application deployment.
Should be able to define KPIs for customer on revenue assurance, network and interconnect usage.
Knowledge of US telecommunication should be an added advantage.
Should have working knowledge on database (Oracle, access, sql server, etc.).
Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to travel on demand basis.
