Freshers : Applicable if they are UNIX certified
Should have minimum 2 year experience as a System Admin
Should be BE/BTECH/ME/MTECH/MSC/MCA
Excellent Communication Skills
Expertise in VERITAS Backup and restoration
Provide resolution to issues raised by the employees based on severity. Coordinate and ensure that all calls are closed within the SLA.
Engineer should have experience in Data center/infrastructure support
