Thorough understanding of the Finance process to look through the facts. Understanding and preparation of process flow charts through MS visuals. Having knowledge of local taxes and ability to refer to literature, in case needed. Preparation of audit report in a presentable fashion to top management. Follow-up with the functional heads for responses to the audit findings. Carrying out internal audit activities of various sub functions of the Finance, Operations, HR, Logistics departments. Interaction with various functional heads and their team in getting required information. Tracking of compliance of previous audit findings and periodical review of the same. Thorough knowledge of consolidation accounting and ability to understand and interpret inter company adjustment entries. Having through understanding working patterns of internal control aspects and extracting and analyzing logs.
