Job Description

1. Calling Customers and prospective leads on a regular basis
2. Respond to incoming emails and phone enquiries as per the SLA’s
3. Present/demonstrate purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
4. Discuss with clients in detail to determine on type of properties they are seeking for
5. Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
6. Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other.
7. Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
8. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
9. Advise sellers on how to make homes more appealing to potential buyers.
10. Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, participating in multiple listing services and through other promoting channels
11. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
12. Generate list of properties that are compatible with buyers’ needs and financial resources.
13. Display commercial, industrial, agricultural, and residential properties to clients and explain their features.
14. Coordinate appointments to show properties to prospective buyers.
15. Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals.
16. Appraise properties to determine loan values.
17. Arrange meetings between buyers and sellers when details of transactions need to be negotiated.
18. Rent or lease properties on behalf of clients.
19. Solicit and compile listings of available rental properties.
20. Maintain accurate database of clients & their respective feedback
21. Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
22. Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles.
23. Investigate clients’ financial and credit status to determine eligibility for financing.
24. Inspect condition of premises, and arrange for necessary maintenance or notify owners of maintenance needs.
25. Evaluate mortgage options to help clients obtain financing at the best prevailing rates and terms.




Requirements

1. The candidate should be a graduate/MBA in Sales & Marketing (Both regular / Correspondence)
2. Good Knowledge of Computer, Good hold on applications like MS-Office and MS-excel will be appreciable
3. Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
4. Candidates with Real Estate experience will be given priority
5. Candidates should have zeal to work in Real Estate Industry
6. Candidates willing to work on Commission basis and have interest to earn extra income
