Job Description

Formulate a communications strategy and design an integrated communications plan that meets company business and brand-building objectives
Persistently seek opportunities to establish and build a positive corporate identity for DPLI
Identify and leverage innovative public relations opportunities, media alliances and partnerships by working closely with the PR agency. Monitor performance of the media agency
Manage media relations, in case of a crisis
Write employee communications, briefing documents, announcements, contributory articles, presentations, speeches, newsletters etc.
Devise and implement internal communication campaign to build employee connect and engagement
Plan and steer CSR campaign/s to project DPLI as a socially responsible corporate
