Job Description
Inside Sales Executive: Job Responsibilities:
• Cold call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.
• Understand the IT infrastructure and Cross sell / Up sell to the existing customer database
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
• Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospective partners and customers
• Support Marketing and Training events such as attendance confirmations, product information / update mailers, feedback etc
• Make outbound follow – up calls to existing partners / customers via telephone & e-mail, cross sell and up sell Overcome objections of prospective customers and handle queries appropriately.
• Attend periodic sales/technical training where applicable and be update on all the product information as well as market intelligence
• Build and Manage Customer database through various online sites as per the requirement
• Daily & weekly report submission of customer calling into reporting Manager
• Ensure meeting of daily & weekly targets of Lead generation
