Job Description
The Relationship Manager’s role is pivotal to the growth and management of B2BE’s existing customer base, as well as in networking and the acquisition of new customers and revenue.
The main purpose of the role is to manage and develop existing relationships, to ensure continuity of service and enhance interactions between the customer and the Service Delivery teams, whilst using these relationships to develop new business; but will also include winning new business in order to meet sales targets. This position will either be based in Delhi or Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
• Account Management; develop and manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction metrics and sales growth targets can be achieved;
• Sales; develop, implement and manage sales strategies for new business acquisition;
• Project Management; manage relationships between customers and internal Service Delivery teams to ensure all customer projects meet with or exceed customer expectations (time and quality) and are delivered within budget. Ensuring that any out of scope requirements within the project delivery cycle are identified and managed accordingly; and
• Support; provide excellent customer service support to existing and new customers.
Requirements
• At least 3 years proven track record in a sales orientated role and successfully meeting and exceeding targets; and
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Indian.
• Strong Relationship Management background;
• Experience in and understanding of IT and related industries; particularly the internet and communication sectors;
• An understanding of ERPs and financial transaction flows;
• Excellent interpersonal, customer facing, negotiation and networking skills;
• Passionate and highly motivated;
• Ability to strategically develop sales plans to meet company growth expectations;
• Planning and Account Management skills;
• Project Management skills;
• Presentation skills and experience is essential;
• Problem solving and resolution capabilities;
• Understanding of business processes; and
• Good computer skills.
