Responsibilities:


* To provide technical support (level 2) to Internet Banking Application production.


* The role requires the ability to provide response to queues of incoming incidents, requests, implement production defect fix changes, participate in root cause analysis (RCA) efforts, assists with building up knowledge base articles and documentations.


* The candidate needs to be comfortable in providing technical support that includes diagnosis of issues, performance health monitoring, data fixes , updates, and configuration changes.


* Requires strong analytic and troubleshooting skills….
