Job Description

Ensure plans and processes are established in the project, complying with the organizations policies and standards by assisting project manager in tailoring project level processes from organizational processes.
Be a key reviewer of all process documents prepared by the project team to ensure adequacy.
Make sure all work products undergo formal review.
Define and ensure quality gates are adhered to in project software engineering life cycle
Conduct release readiness reviews / process violations checks on project deliveries.
Give process awareness trainings to Project teams
Ensure closure of all NCs reported in the audits.
Perform independent audits and assessments in projects to identify pain areas and initiate remedial actions.
Ensure client satisfaction feedback is obtained for the project by prompting the Project Manager
Ensure identification, collection of key process and product metrics (as defined in the Quality Plan and QMS).
Plan and perform metrics analysis and report results to the project team and TQM group.
Work with client QA on joint initiatives between customer and organization
Participate in project teams weekly and monthly reviews with customer
