1)Apparel Merchandiser and
2)Sourcing & Procurement Associate.

Job location is Bangalore.

Job responsibilities of Apparel Merchandiser :-

•Internal & external communication,
•Sampling,
•Lab dips,
•Sourcing of Fabrics,Accessories & trims,
•Preparing internal order sheets,
•Preparing purchase orders,
•Advising and assisting production,
•Advising quality department about quality level,
•Mediating production and quality departments,
•Giving shipping instructions and following shipping,
•Helping documentation department,
•Taking responsibility for inspections and
•Following shipment

Job responsibilities of Procurement Associate:-

Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
Appoint new vendors for Fabrics, Trims and Accessories .
Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications.
Handle all issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
In charge of daily operational purchasing needs
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
Ideal candidate will have good contacts with national and international fabric suppliers especially in woven high fashion fabrics.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Both candidates Require to have:-

Min Diploma in their respective field of specialization or equivalent certifications
Preferred 2-4 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity ,in women’s wear designer fashion industry.
Candidates should posses Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers.
Should be hardworking and capable of working independently .
Knowledge of various languages is an added advantage.
Candidate should have own two wheeler to travel locally.
Should be available to Travelling across India at short notice.
