Job Description
1.Meet to School /Collage Principals and propose about the projects
2. Convince School /Collage Principals and take their formal permission for operating in school premises
3. Presentation in class rooms and motivate the students for participation in projects
4. Collect the fees and distribute the course materials
5. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue objectives.
6. Work with the team of Business Development Executives across the State.
7. Set and achieve the daily business target for the Business development executives across the state.
8. Monitor, Motivate and guide the team for getting the business in their respective districts.
9. Update the HO about the daily target achievement with brief of each team members achievement.
10. Maintain the daily records of entire activities of each team member.
11. Coordinate with the clients for getting the completion of tasks as per the commitment.
12. Travel to clients at respective districts as per the requirement.
13. Create and maintain Account and Territory level plans.
14. Maintain accurate and up to date information in given template
15. Accurately forecast revenue.
16. Work with Partner Account Manager to manage Partner pipeline for your territory and/or assigned accounts.
17. Coordinate with technical resources as necessary to support Partner or direct sales.
18. Participate in marketing activities and events as needed.
19. Be a strong team member and enjoy winning in a team environment.
