Job Description
SHIFT TIMING : NIGHT SHIFT (9 PM. TO 6 AM.)
Digital Marketing Strategy, Planning, and Implementation:
● Create end-to-end digital marketing strategies depending (both B2B and B2C with varying services and products). Identifying, designing, preparing and running successful online Digital Marketing campaigns.
● Identify, design, and analyze new brand-appropriate online marketing initiatives and partnerships. Develop strategies for delivering affiliate marketing, display advertising, email marketing, media buying, mobile campaigns, etc…
● Successful created and executed various Digital Campaigns from Affiliate Marketing, Mobile Marketing, to SMS and Missed Call campaigns.
● Budget Planning:
● Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all Digital Marketing, collaborate with agencies, vendors, internal teams.
● Campaign Management
● Tracking conversion rates, measure and report performance of campaigns and making necessary changes to the campaigns or the company website.
● Social Media Marketing:
● Manage, engage, moderate, and analyze social media profiles
● Manage ad campaigns on social networks.
● Come up with creative ideas for contests and engaging posts for the pages based on the platform.
● Search Engine Optimization:
● Perform on-page and off-page SEO. Define IT requirements to improve SEO such as items related to HTML code, link architecture, site redirects, navigation, etc. Create backlinks, guest posts, blogposts, and optimize the same. Working across the websites, manage and update content and initiate improvements.
● Search Engine Marketing (Google & Yahoo Bing Ads):
● Knowledge of PPC and campaign management. Directly managing and optimizing SEM campaigns.
● Content Creation and Marketing:
● Create content for blogs, advertising / marketing copy, newsletters, e-communications, websites, e-mails, social media, and other promotions. Highly creative and quirky in strategies. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
● Analytical Brain:
● Good knowledge of using Analytics tools to measure performance of digital marketing activity and ROI.
● Strong analytics mind-set that’s always thirsty for data.
● Reporting:
● Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports of the digital marketing efforts. Manage, track and report on performance of all Digital metrics.
#SALARY: UPTO 1.50 Lacs per month
Requirements
● Should have experience in Online marketing in luxury brandsGood experience handling overall social media, Content Creation, Business Strategy, Monitor, Track, Delegate SEO activities, Email Marketing
● Excellent communication skills.
● Presentable, confident, enthusiastic.
● Good in Managing external Agencies( Advertising, PR, Event etc)
