We need someone with the ability to develop highly effective and creative inbound and outbound demand generation initiatives successfully taking programs from concept to execution to drive pipeline growth.

Owns all metrics, including revenue, deliverability, opens, opt-outs, and clicks, and use results to drive future action.
Formulate and execute end-to-end campaign plans to optimize key traffic and revenue metrics including open rates, CTR, engagement, and conversion.
Continuously optimize mailing strategies to drive higher returns including A/B and multivariate testing of subject lines, message content, images, offers, mailing frequency, segments, etc.
The successful candidate must have a thorough understanding of how modern marketing technologies can be leveraged throughout the demand gen process.
Experience using outbound e-mail marketing platforms

ABOUT YOUR BACKGROUND
5+ years in B2B online marketing experience
Detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects
Strong email direct response writing skills writing samples required
Independent, with flexibility to work in fast-paced, start-up environment
Market research, media or agency experience a plus
