1. Should be able to call B.Tech college and TPO for the bulk requirement of candidates

2. Able to do presenatation in Colleges

3. Able to screen candidate

4. Able to manipulate colleges and TPO for pool drive and campus hiring.

5. Willing to travel up to 25%

6. Should be doing work under guidance of the director and Sr. Hr Manager.
