Actively pursue and qualify valued business opportunities; implement successful selling
strategies/techniques.
o Prospect new business and secure transportation modes.
o Manage new and established account development for continued revenue and growth
profits.
o Assume responsibility for every aspect of freight shipments and use technology to track
for multiple customers using a variety of transportation modes.
o Define and propose specific approaches to meet and exceed customer needs.
o Coordinate customer requirements with appropriate solutions.
o Identify situations requiring effective negotiation and maintain positive customer
relationships throughout any issue resolution.
o Build and maintain exceptional customer relations to solve their problems.
Requirements
o 1-3 years’ work or internship experience
o Proven and credible track record of delivering sales
o Demonstrated communication skills
o Enthusiastic, assertive and outgoing personality
o Strong problem solving and decision making ability
o Adaptability and flexibility, multi-tasking skills
