Urgent Hiring for Senior IT Recruiter - West Delhi (Delhi-NCR)

Job Description

We are looking for male/Female candidate preferably from West / North Delhi. MBA(HR) with minimum 0.6-3 yrs experience in recruitment for international BPO.

Handling the recruitment cycle varying from agent to senior & Middle level for BPO division.
Vendor management.
Referral management.
Maintaing the database.
Adherence to recruitment targets.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile Education:(UG – Any Graduate – Any Specialization) AND (PG – MBA/PGDM – Any Specialization, HR/Industrial Relations)

Experience in recruiting profiles with different skill-set will be an added advantage. Experience in managing vendors and referrals.
Excellent communication skills. Well-versed with MS-EXCEL and reports.
